About Reflexions Counselling and Psychotherapy

We see people from all walks of life, both male and female to help them with a wide range of issues: sometimes it is very specific such as coping with a crisis such as bereavement or abuse or a serious problem at work. For others it is to deal more effectively with relationships, or stress management. Deep emotions such as sadness, depression, anger, anxiety or low self-esteem are some of the other issues that people bring to get resolved.

You will find Reflexions Counselling and Psychotherapy centrally situated in comfortable offices in Newcastle (Newcastle upon Tyne). We are next to Metro Radio on the Swan House roundabout. Our highly qualified counsellors and psychotherapists will facilitate you to resolve your issues in a warm and collaborative manner.

My training, work experience and any achievement

All of the therapists at Reflexions Counselling and Psychotherapy are highly qualified and experienced. They will work with you in a relaxed and focussed manner choosing the best treatments to suit your needs. For example, Ken is a member of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and the BPS (British Psychological Society). He holds an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, Post Graduate Diploma in psychology, and four other degree level qualifications including an MSc and MBA. He is a qualified teacher and experienced lecturer in psychology and counselling psychology. In the last decade Ken has been involved in teaching, and academic practice in public, private, education and healthcare sectors.

At Reflexions our provision is short and long term counselling and psychotherapy.
